基于RCM的煤矿机电设备维修管理系统的研究

Research on Maintenance Management System of Coal Mine Electromechanical Equipment Based on RCM

摘要: 针对目前煤矿机电设备以时间为基础的传统维修管理模式存在的临时性维修频繁、盲目维修、人员成本大等问题,根据以可靠性为中心的现代维修理论,探讨了煤矿机电设备的维修方式决策方法,分析了维修间隔期,阐述了维修策略的确定,设计了基于RCM的煤矿机电设备维修管理系统。研究结果表明,将RCM的理论与方法应用于煤矿机电设备的维修管理系统中,可以合理安排设备的维修期限,有利于节省维修成本,提高设备的运行质量,延长设备寿命。

Abstract: The maintenance management system of coal mining electromechanical equipment based on RCM is researched to solve the problem of the traditional maintenance management system on time.The theory and the decision-making of RCM are introduced, the decision method of the management mode is described, the maintenance period is analyzed, the maintenance strategy is decided, and the function module of the system is designed. The result shows that the equipment maintenance period can be arranged more reasonable, the maintenance cost can be reduced, the running quality of the equipment can be raised, and the lifetime of the equipment also be extended with RCM in the coal mine equipment maintenance management system.
